Terms & Conditions
 1. For first time users, we would recommend for you to check with your optician/optometrist if your eyes are suitable for wearing contact lenses. Buy at your own risk. We are not responsible for any discomfort or infection or injury to your eyes after using the lenses. However, we can guarantee that the lenses we are selling are authentic.

 2. Before placing order, please make sure the lens Series Code and Degree are correct, and Color is confirmed.

 3. After everything is confirmed, kindly proceed to the Order Form and fill in the required personal details. Only orders through the Order Form will be entertained.

 4. Please enter the CODE NUMBER, DEGREE (if available) and QUANTITY for each of the lens.

 5. Collection method is by courier only.

 6. Click Submit Form and we will contact you through email in 48 hours. We will send you an order confirmation after we receive your order. After confirmation order is received, please proceed with the payment within 3 days. No cancellation after payment has been made. Money will not be refund for cancel orders.

 7. Payment method is via Cash Deposit or ATM transfer. The bank and account details will be provided to your email after your order has been submitted through the Order Form.

 8. Price shown is excluding delivery charges (unless stated otherwise).

 9. After full payment is made, kindly inform us the transaction details through email. Note that the items will only be sent out after FULL payment is received.

 10. We will provide you with the tracking number of the parcel for your reference to track your parcel online.

 11. Misz Gorgeous will not be responsible if there is any lost or damage to the item during the shipping process. No refund/replacement for the products which is lost/broken in the process of delivery.
